Alıcı:
www.glassfy.co üzerinden alışveriş yapan kullanıcı (bundan sonra “Alıcı” olarak anılacaktır).

2. Konu
İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı’nın www.glassfy.co web sitesinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği ürünün satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir. Sözleşme, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'ne uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır.

3. Ürün Bilgileri
Ürünlerin adı, adedi, fiyatı, ödeme ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş öncesi Alıcı’ya sunulmaktadır ve sipariş onaylandığında geçerli olur.

4. Teslimat ve Kargo

  • Ürünler, ödeme onaylandıktan sonra 1-3 iş günü içinde kargoya verilir.

  • Teslimat süresi 7-12 iş günü arasında değişmektedir.

  • Kargo ücreti ödeme ekranında belirtilir.

  • Yanlış veya eksik teslimat durumunda Satıcı’ya bildirim yapılmalıdır.

5. İade ve Cayma Hakkı

  • Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkını kullanabilir.

  • Ek olarak, kullanılmamış ürünler için 30 gün içinde iade hakkı tanınır.

  • Cayma veya iade durumunda, ürün orijinal ambalajında ve kullanılmamış olmalıdır.

  • İade kargo ücreti Alıcı’ya aittir.

6. Uyuşmazlıklar
İşbu sözleşmeden doğabilecek ihtilaflarda, Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

7. Yürürlük
Alıcı, www.glassfy.co üzerinden sipariş verdiğinde bu sözleşmenin tüm şartlarını okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Bu sözleşme, elektronik ortamda kurulmuş olup fiziki imza gerektirmez.

Buyer:
The individual who places an order on www.glassfy.co (hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

2. Subject
This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer from the website www.glassfy.co. It is prepared in accordance with consumer protection laws and distance selling regulations.

3. Product Information
Product name, quantity, price, and payment and delivery details are presented to the Buyer before checkout and become valid once the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

  • In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery, the Seller must be notified.

5. Return and Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date without any justification.

  • Additionally, unused products may be returned within 30 days.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.

6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the competent Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s location shall have jurisdiction.

7. Enforcement
By placing an order on www.glassfy.co, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This contract is established electronically and does not require a physical signature.
